ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years or older as of date of entry and who reside in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia. No P.O. Boxes addresses will be accepted for prize delivery. Employees of the Sponsor – Jaws Communications LLC (“’LLERO” or “Sponsor), and its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any person who violates these Official Rules will be disqualified.
PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: One Grand Prize Winner, a Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 8, 2019, from all eligible entries received. The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail sent to the email address or Instagram account given by the entrant. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days and must sign and timely return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release to be awarded their Prizes. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 7 days, if the prize notification is undeliverable, or if the winner does not complete and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and another eligible winner will be selected from the remaining entrants.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One Grand Prize, consisting of: 2 tickets to Jennifer Lopez “It’s My Party” Concert at Prudential Center; 2 Tickets $249.90 ($124.95 per ticket); One Second Prize consisting of 2 tickets to Top Rank Boxing Show at Prudential Center, tickets are $60.00 ($30.00 per ticket); Third, Fourth and Fifth Prize winners, consisting of a Nike Gift Card – $50.00, Apple Gift Card – $50.00 and GNC Gift card – $40.00, respectively.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitutions may be made, except that Sponsors may award a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of prizes.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
