Fresh off a superstar collab with Jennifer Lopez, Maluma is at is again. This time teaming up with The Weeknd for a remix to “Hawai”.
The two artists both respectively teased this collabo on Wednesday. Posting teasers on their Instagram feeds. The very next day they dropped the track, accompanied by a slicked out video.
Hawai initially appeared on Maluma’s fifth album Papi Juancho which he dropped back in August. It was the lead single and had legs. The remix, takes it to another level. The Weeknd compliments the track in the best ways, without taking it over. The visuals are just as impressive. Directed by Jessy Terrero, we get to see the two flex, drop vocals and woo their boo’s, including the lovely Colombiana and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Daniela Lopez – yeah, we’d take those visuals too.
