Yet, science supports their inclusion. You see, oysters are rich in zinc. Zinc is said to enhance libido by helping produce testosterone. Testosterone, which decreases in men over time after the age of 30, helps to increase sexual desire. Zinc is also important for healthy sperm production and blood circulation. Don’t know about you, but these are all reasons enough for us.
