The UFC returned to action after a week off and staging events in Jacksonville, Florida. Earlier in the week Dana White received the go ahead from the Nevada Athletic Commission to stage fights at it UFC Apex center, sans fans. As such the action returned to Las Vegas. In the main event welterweights Tyrone Woodley vs. Gilbert Burns.
