Sony Pictures dropped the first trailer for Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage aka Venom 2. If the film is anything like the trailer there is the promise of a good old fashioned Kong v. Godzilla like film.
The trailer opens with Eddie Brock learning to coexist, for better or worse, with his symbiote Venom. We then cut to serial killer Cletus Kasady, played by Woody Harrelson. Kasady is set to be executed by lethal injection in prison, but instead of killing him, it awakens the symbiote living inside of him and transforms him into Carnage. The trailer then cuts to tons great action footage of the two anti-heroes going at it, and tearing up San Fransisco in the process.
