You also need to make sure that you reflect confidence in yourself and your abilities. They may not know a lot about cars themselves so you may need to talk in layman’s terms. You may also want to speak up and ask your most satisfied customers for referrals so you can attract even more business to your shop.

No one wants to wait a long time to have their car looked at and worked on. If you want to be a more reputable auto shop owner then you need to manage your time wisely. Be committed to doing the job well but also working at a decent pace. You want to make sure you can see as many customers as possible on any given day so you can bring in more money. Your customers will be happier when their cars are fixed promptly as well.
