Karol G and Nicki Minaj dropped a surprise new single, “Tusa” on Thursday night. The under the radar collab caught fans and industry by surprise.
The title for the track “Tusa” is a Colombian slang term for post breakup heartache. Karol G and Minaj sing and rhyme in both English and Spanish, exuding the benefits of partying away the pain.
In the video, directed by Mike Ho; the two enjoy what have come to be known as their respective trademarks. Pink satin, diamonds and unicorns. It is glam for sure, but not in your typical reggaeton vein of flashy cars, bottles and models. Check out the video here.
