It was a big weekend for the Star Wars fandom, as a Star Wars Celebration took place in Chicago. The weekend long fest dropped the first official look at Star Wars Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker, but closed with a great surprise. A first look at “The Mandalorian.” The first series set in the Star Wars universe. The series is set to take place in between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. John Favreau is at the helm and the series will premiere on Disney’s new streaming service in November. Until then here’s a look. The visuals are straight up bootleg, but no less fun to watch.
