Today Warner Bros. dropped a brand new trailer for Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) . The trailer is chocked with all new footage and Easter eggs to spare. Birds of Prey sees the return of Harley Quinn, played my Margot Robbie after the events of Suicide Squad. Batman is missing in action, Gotham City is unguarded, and Harley and the Joker are no longer an item. So Harley is fair game – and not in the dating sense.
This go around she is joined by Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), Cassandra Cain and Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez). Ewan McGregor also appears in full comic book style Black Mask form. Word about this film has been decidedly mixed. Some eager for more Harley, others feeling it is another form of Suicide Squad.
