Vladimir Guerrero had plenty of milestones in his 16 year major league career. He added another milestone becoming just the third player from the Dominican Republic to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. He didn’t disappoint his countrymen. In front of an estimated 53,000 in attendance (the second largest for an induction ceremony) Guerrero thanked the hundreds of people who traveled from his hometown of Don Gregorio to attend the ceremony, many of whom waved Dominican flags and chanted his name. Check out the special moment here.
