The upsets continued in today’s World Cup action, as Russia in perhaps the biggest game ever upset the favored Spain to advance to the Quarter-Final. The host nation defeated La Roja 4-2 on penalty kicks after finishing 1-1 after 120 minutes. Russia goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev was the hero, saving penalty shots from Koke and Iago Aspas to pull off the one of the biggest upsets of they the tournament thus far. Check out the action here.
