When you become the first Latina cast member ever on Saturday Night Live in our opinion you are more than ready for prime-time. That’s exactly what Cali native Melissa Villaseñor did in 2016. But, lest you think she’s an overnight sensation, think again. The self-described “creator of many,” has been in the game as a stand-up comedian for over 10 years, working the circuit and headlining over 100 clubs and colleges around the country. It’s been the working out of those stand-up muscles that has resulted in some mean impressions of J.Lo and Owen Wilson which have become trademarks of her repertoire.
