When it comes to our mental health, we can often think that the only things we need to do directly relate to the mind. But that’s not true. In fact, when you are looking after your body, your mind will benefit too. When you’re working out, eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and getting out into nature, your body will be full of serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin that all contribute to a positive state of mind.
